Families
A family allows you to create groups for related colors. By default, families have the following properties:

Nested Families
Families can be nested to create hierarchical family relationships. There is currently no limit to the depth of children a family can contain.
Relationship to Colors
A family can contain one or many colors; however, a color can only belong to a single family within the same family tree.
Relationship to Families
A rule with a specified value can be applied directly to a family. This lets you define rules once per family and allows the rule to be inherited by the family's children.
